Mango Macadamia Avocado Arugula Salad



With the peppery kick of arugula, this salad has just the right amount of sweet, creamy, and nutty flavors. It tastes great as a light meal or as a side dish and is very refreshing.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1/2 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
  • 2 ripe avocados, sliced
  • 4 cups fresh arugula leaves

Instructions:

Put the chopped macadamia nuts and diced mango in a large salad bowl

Add the sliced avocados and fresh arugula leaves slowly

Mix until all the ingredients are spread out evenly
