Superfood Power Smoothie



This Superfood Power Smoothie is packed with nutrients from various plant-based sources, providing a burst of energy to kickstart your day or refuel after a workout. It's rich in antioxidants, fiber, and healthy fats.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 ripe banana, frozen
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
  • 1 handful spinach leaves
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon spirulina powder

Instructions:

Add almond milk to a blender

Add the rest of the ingredients into the blender
